- We offer a flat shipping rate of RM 5.50 for orders within West Malaysia, and RM 13.00 for orders within East Malaysia
- For Backpack items, a flat shipping fee of RM 15.00 applies across all regions.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Most of our orders will be received within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. During promotions or high volume times, this processing time may increase. Hence the exact timing of shipment all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours.
Particularly, our warehouse locates in the Selangor; hence the estimated shipping time will be:
- West Malaysia: 1-3 days
- East Malaysia: 3-7 days
