Typically, after the shipping courier (NinjaVan) takes the package, the tracking number is sent to your email immediately. Please fill out your information with the correct email for all announcements about your orders

If you don't get it. Please contact us via (1) Email with the subject 'Update' or (2) Facebook/ Instagram fanpage. Our staffs will give you the order status.

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing an order. Our warehouse team processes and packages orders within 6 hours.

Following that, your parcel will be picked up by a shipping courier, and a tracking number will be immediately emailed to you.

Your parcel will be delivered to your address within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

*If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact Reckless Support Team to verify your email address and your phone number.

Within 24 Hours, contact us via Email or Facebook/ Instagram fanpage and provide your order phone number, and we will cancel your order promptly.

After we transfer your order to the courier, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

Orders may be canceled for a variety of reasons, such as:
- Unexpected out of stock
- Payment was not successfully processed
- Separating order

Most of our orders will be received within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. During promotions or high volume times, this processing time may increase. Hence the exact timing of shipment all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours.

Particularly, our warehouse locates in the Selangor; hence the estimated shipping time will be:

- Major Towns & Cities: 1-3 days
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 days
- East Malaysia: 3-7 days

The shipping fee will be calculated by Courier Delivery Fee + Payment Fee:

- Major Towns & Cities: RM 8
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 8

*Don’t forget to tell us the reason for the return.

In case of changing your mind about the other collection or color (within 7 days), sir/ ma'am just need to keep the given item in its original condition and return it to the address below.

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us through Facebook Fanpage: Reckless.ph or email recklesstripwear.my@gmail.com, including proof of your received item (videos, pictures, ...). After processing, we will give you a new item immediately. Please be patient with us.

*If you notice abnormal on package, please take the unboxing videos and pictures of your received item as proof of replacement in case of broken, damaged, or missing out.
